Once we confirm your arrangement, there is no added charge for distance or waiting time in any community listed in our service area, including those further afield.
Moving your pet from inside your home to our vehicle is included. Please tell us about their size, stairs or difficult access when we arrange care, so we can confirm the help needed. Your family will not be asked to lift or carry your pet.
Transfers are arranged in advance. Standard pricing covers transfers between 8 am and 8 pm, including weekends. We confirm availability and a time with you before care is accepted.
If your community is not listed, you are welcome to ask. We do not cover every part of Dallas or the wider metroplex, so please check your address with us before making plans.

Every price includes
- Transfer from your home or your veterinarian within our service area, arranged between 8 am and 8 pm every day, including weekends
- Individual aquamation in a separate compartment
- Your pet’s confirmation tag number when care is scheduled, a copy for your veterinarian, and their physical tag returned home with their ashes
- The ashes brought home to you, typically 3 to 5 days after we receive your pet
We bring them home to you because nobody should have to collect a loved one from a busy clinic.
- Your choice of an embossed scatter tube or wooden box, wrapped in a furoshiki cloth
- An ink paw or nose print, whenever possible
- A clay paw impression
- The memorial cards
- A certificate of aquamation and a personal return home note, together in a document holder

Overnight transfer
Transfer into our care between 8 pm and 8 am: $170 for pets up to 50 lb, $250 for pets over 50 lb.
Overnight transfers are by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Please confirm with us before relying on an overnight transfer.
An earlier return · $95
If you need your pet home sooner, please ask. We can offer an earlier return only when we agree on the date with you as care is arranged.
Extra assistance at home
The usual move from inside your home to our vehicle is included in your care price. A larger pet, stairs or an apartment does not automatically mean an extra charge.
If unusual access calls for extra assistance, we will discuss it with you and agree on any additional charge before you book. We confirm that the help is available before accepting the arrangement.
Overnight care, an agreed earlier return and any unusual assistance are additional to the standard care price. Optional urns and keepsakes are separate purchases. All prices are in US dollars. We confirm availability and the full price with you in writing before care is accepted.
