After your visit,
the care continues.
I built Love Remains so that, when your work in the home is finished, someone is there to look after what comes next. We make the aftercare arrangements directly with the family, answer their questions and bring their pet’s ashes home to them. You can focus on their medical care, and the family knows who to turn to afterwards.

How we work together
Love Remains is bringing aquamation, also known as water cremation, to Carrollton and the surrounding communities we serve. My background is in palliative and end of life care, and I know how much the moments after a loss matter too.
When your visit ends, I want the family to already know what happens next. Their arrangements are in place, they know who is caring for their pet, and they have someone they can reach if questions come up.

The family chooses Love Remains.
The family tells you they would like us to provide aftercare. We speak with them directly, confirm the arrangements and give them their pet’s confirmation tag number. You receive a copy.
You finish the visit.
You can focus on your patient and their family. We arrange the transfer for after your work is finished, so you do not need to wait for us in the home.
We bring the pet into our care afterwards.
We agree on the time and place with you and the family before the visit. This may be at the home or another location arranged directly with you. Please tell us about the pet’s size, stairs or difficult access, so we can confirm the help needed. The usual move from inside the home to our vehicle is included. If unusual access calls for extra assistance, we will discuss it with you and agree on any additional charge before you book. We confirm that the help is available before accepting the arrangement.
Aftercare questions come to us.
The family authorizes and pays Love Remains directly. We look after the aquamation, memorial choices and aftercare questions. You have no aftercare invoice to issue or payment to follow up.
We bring their pet home.
Each pet rests in their own separate compartment during aquamation; other pets may be in the same system during the cycle. Their physical identification tag stays with them. We bring their ashes and tag home to the family, typically 3 to 5 days after we receive your pet.
Tell me what would
make aftercare easier.
I would like to understand how you work and where you need support. We can talk through a visit before making any arrangements.

Share the details after speaking with the family. We confirm acceptance and arrangements separately.
